Awarded by the Reserve Officers Association to whomever they find are in need of honors. Awarded once a year by the protector, HRH Prince Joachim.
The Reserve Officers Association changed its name to “Hovedorganisationen for Personel af Reserven” and the medal now have the secondary name “Hovedorganisationen af Personel af Reservens Hæderstegn”
Design: White with two medium red central stripes and one narrow red stripe at each end. Obverse shows a guard-sign covering a sword, surrounded by a enamel laurel wreath.
